My role as designer for this HTML email was utilize visual communication and rapidly changing mobile technology that would allow the client to increase alumni membership and engagement. The outcome has been successful- this campaign has continually proven to be an effective tool for businesses to communicate with WSU-SOM medical alumni. An email inbox is a very noisy place, with tons of messages, folders, calendars, and other distractions. With this in mind, I designed the message accordingly and made the best use of the screen space and time in consideration to the content.
